　　1.“煮熟的鸭子”怎么说？Sure thing就是板上钉钉的事儿，也就是“煮熟的鸭子”，例如：It's a sure thing that he'll marry her.他娶她是板上钉钉的事儿。You can't lose! It's a sure thing!你不会失败的！铁定的！煮熟的鸭子飞了可以说mess up a sure thing.如：Everyone thought he was gonna win the election, but with that stupid mistake, he messed up the sure thing.大家都以为他会在选举中胜出，结果他犯了个愚蠢的错误，煮熟的鸭子飞了。

　　2.“钟爱、很喜爱某人/某事物”怎么说？我们可以说：have a passion for someone or sth.，如：My girlfriend has a great passion for chocolate.我女朋友特别钟爱巧克力。Terry has a passion for her, so he talks to her whenever he has a chance. Terry很喜欢她，所以他一有机会就跟她聊天。

　　3.“长话短说”怎么说？1. Long story short=To make a long story short，如：Long story short: I'm your new boss now.长话短说，我现在是你的新任老板了。2. Make it quick.长话短说，例如：We're in a hurry. Just make it quick. 3. Cut it short.长话短说。4. To be brief简言之。

　　4.“张三李四王五”怎么说？有个比较接近的俚语：every Tom, Dick, and Harry, it means anyone; the average person，也就是任何人，常指代一些普通人；例如：Lower your voice! We don't want every Tom, Dick and Harry to hear us.小声点！我们可不能让其他人听到我们的谈话。除此之外，英语里还可以用Jane Doe表示女性“无名氏”，John Doe代表男性“无名氏”，Jane/John Doe是指不知道名字无法确定身份的人或者隐藏真实姓名的人，常用于法律方面；例如：The police were looking for a Jane Doe.警察在寻找一个无名氏（女性）。

　　5.“千载难逢的机会”怎么说？1. once in a blue moon，例如：This is a chance once in a blue moon.这可是个千载难逢的好机会。2. once-in-a-lifetime chance/opportunity千载难逢的机会，例如：This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance. Don't miss it.这是个千载难逢的机会，别错过了。
